Human Race

I use to type blog during night usually after midnight. It suits me, might be because of being silenced and calm temperament. Right now, “Immortality” song by Celine Dion is playing on my computer. I simply love this song, so well.. certainly you will fall in dream whenever you would hear this .I spent today without any good work. So I thought to write something for myself and others who used to read sneakily into my blog.

There are so many friends of mine especially from kgp.Of course those are among the most intelligent people of India. So they are moving very fast, parallel with the fast world. They are trying to grab as much degree and certificates as they can. Every time I used to hear the news about them on various issues related with the career, how they are driving their life. There is huge competition not only among them but with those people also who the best in their field are. These Kgpians want to leave behind all. Crazily mushrooming everywhere, trying to experiment on every sort of idea to find something, if possible, which mesmerize the world and that make them soothed in being what they are, IITians. This is very common for them to make special.

We are in 21^st century where there is communication revolution, all of us are related to each other in some way with some network. “Orkut” is one of them. Orkut is a social networking service which is run by Google and named after its creator, an employee of Google - Orkut Büyükkökten. Since the birth of Orkut, 24 January 2004, all of us (friends) got connected strongly as that was the time when we used to be very notorious, mischievous, computer geek in KGP. There were flood of friend’s request for each of them. All used to spend time on this useless website even in the department. Now, we understand the importance of this in someway as how it is managing the large pool of friends at the same page. There is any issue related to our life, just display on the orkut and you will get the immediate response. Whether those are new Girl friend, marriage, new born baby, Call from IIMs, GMAT, Foreign Training, Study Abroad, Call from ISB, shift in top-notch company etcetera. Not only that even if someone went on any visit-trip just put all photos on the orkut to collect a lot of applause and good ,funny caption below the pic.

I continuously use to hear a lot about them from Orkut. Most of us are going very fast to achieve the height as soon as possible. The recent trends amongst us are CFA, IIM, GMAT, MS or PhD from USA, entrepreneurship, technopreneur. They trample to grab them. To grab this, we are putting hardcore effort and once it is acquired, it seems older and then quest for something another exciting begins. Life goes on and quest for something spine-tingling, electrifying never ends.

Are these people drunk, dragging themselves hard to put at destined position without caring about their life? Why are we unnecessarily pulling ourselves hard to get the things as soon as possible? All want to be richest within few days. There was one age when some of good men used to be different and that was natural but now, everyone wants to be different. Is that natural? What will they achieve after that, perhaps a ritzy life, a good bank balance, a lot of fun and their dream that they can purchase at the cost of money. These are never ending, the more we enjoy, make fun, and live grand life, the more we want it to be exciting. One time will come when we had enjoyed all and we are addicted to them.

Now what? There is nothing left to try out ,all facilities are available e.g. expensive car, fully furnished AC luxury flat, servant, many wives as richer are not satisfied with one, status ,power, name and fame. Now there is no excitement in these, it has no effect at all. Life has been spent to collect them. We are now senior citizen, one leg in grave and feeling sorrow that what I have achieved during my whole life is just to pacify our dreamed wishes. Is it someway different from mainstream? No, it is not. Then why the hell I did it, only to put myself parallel with those who want to be like that. No I didn’t make it different, it was prelude at young age. In fact, consequence is an unbalance life, lot of frustration and empty age which is more painful then before. It is true whenever one goes against the nature, consequence is.................................. unnatural.

Phew, ........... I want to remain in the proximity of nature but what about you dear?
